Banana & Raisin Lactation Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups rolled oats 2/3 cup whole ground flax seed 2 ripe bananas 1 cup raisins 1/3 cup light olive oil 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 4 tbsp. runny honey 1 tbsp. brewer’s yeast Method Mash the bananas in a large bowl with the honey, vanilla and olive oil until smooth. Stir in the rolled oats, flax seed, raisins and brewer’s yeast until thoroughly combined. Drop the mixture by the teaspoonful onto a lightly greased cooking sheet and bake in a 170C oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Recipe makes 24 cookies. |
