Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
500g chicken, diced lots of diced vegies 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1tsp curry powder 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/3 cup parmesan cheese Method Put vegies and chicken in baking dish. Mix mayonnaise, soup & curry powder together and spread over the top sprinkle breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese over the top Bake for approx. 1hr on 170C (fanforced) Alternatively, all ingredients can be put in the slowcooker on low for 4-6hrs without the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. Serve with parmesan on top. Leftovers are great made into pastry triangles with parmesan cheese. |
