Date Balls
(Dairy and Gluten free)
Ingredients
1 cup almond meal 1 cup crushed macadamias 1 cup dates - softened in hot water 1 cup dessicated coconut 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tsp raw cacao (or can use 1 tsp carob, & 1tsp caro instead) Method Food process dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients & food process. Form balls & roll into coconut flakes. Put in fridge or freezer. |
