Fig and Walnut Log
(Dairy and Gluten free)
Ingredients
5 dried figs 5 dates, no seeds 1 cup walnuts 1/2 cup pistachios 1/2 cup cacao powder 1 tspn cinnamon Method In a food processor blitz together all the ingredients. Place the mixture onto some grease proof paper then roll into a log about 5cm thick. Twist the ends then put in the fridge to harden a little. Slice into 2cm thick pieces and eat! Yummo! |
