Pumpkin Slice
Ingredients
1 cup of cooked pumpkin 1 can of coconut cream 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut 1/4 cup arrowroot flour (tapioca starch) - or plain flour (you make need more to help thicken it) 1/4 cup of rolled oats 1 tsp vanilla Cinnamon Method Mix together and pour into a slice dish. Bake on 150 degrees for roughly 1.5 hours or until golden. Chill in the refrigerator over night for the best results. Slice and and eat! (Slice will have a rubbery like consistency when cooked but won't be to eat) |
