Super Healthy Bliss Balls

Ingredients
About 1 cup of each of the following ingredients, finely processed: Almonds Pecans Cashews Macadamias Sunflower seeds Linseeds Sesame seeds Pumpkin seeds Chia seeds 1 cup of these ingredients: Dates (softened in boiling water & then food processed to a pulp/puree) Goji berries (softened in boiling water & the food processed to puree) Sultanas Apricots (chopped) Coconut oil (may need more depending on consistency/sweetness) Honey (may need more depending on consistency/sweetness)Coconut flakes (may need more depending on consistency/sweetness) Optional Additions - Super Healthy Bits! 3-4 tablspoons Raw Cacao powder 3 tablespoons Maca powder 3-4 tablespoons of Spirulina powder 3-4 tablespoons Probiotic powder 1/2 cup or so of Protein powder Several tablespoons of Tahini Cinnamon Nutmeg Method Mix the dry ingredients together till well combined. Add the wet ingredients slowly, mixing each time. Add the honey & coconut oil last, mix well. Form into balls about the size of a 20c, roll in the coconut flakes. Freeze them & eat as you like. I have no idea how many this makes, probably 100 balls. If you don't need this many half the recipe. They are very yummy & nutritious. Enjoy! |
